Alarm Response
We offer an alarm response service where Lowes are at the scene within twenty minutes. We then give an immediate assessment. If there is no incident, we check the premises and if necessary contact the alarm company. We deal with matters on site rather than clients having to be disturbed at unsociable hours. Additionally we offer an opening and closing facility. This is used during the silent hours, either for early morning opening or late night closing, as required by clients.

Keyholding
Lowes' key holding service is offered based on an annual fee. Keys are held securely off client premises by ourselves in accordance with BS 7499. The key holding service is a support to alarm response. It is used on other occasions when mobile patrols need to secure doors or windows or need access to premises. Clients benefit from this service through peace of mind.
